Scope of Services
Scopelyt provides product scope definition, technical planning, and execution management services. We do not write production code unless explicitly stated in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Our primary deliverable is clarity, documentation, and decision support.
Intellectual Property
All playbooks, guides, and methodologies provided by Scopelyt remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use them for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell or white-label our materials without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary information, stakeholders, and systems. Delays in decision-making will impact project timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client responsiveness.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopelyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scopelyt is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
